4.ResponsibilitiesoftheBuyer

4.2TheBuyershallpaythetransportationfeetotheSellerinaccordancewiththeagreedpaymentmethodandtime.

4.3TheBuyershallinspecttheGoodsuponreceiptandshallpromptlynotifytheSellerofanydiscrepanciesordamagestotheGoods.

5.Payment

5.1ThetransportationfeefortheGoodsshallbecalculatedbasedontheactualtransportationdistanceandtransportationmode.

5.2TheBuyershallpaythetransportationfeetotheSellerwithin[Numberofdays]afterthereceiptoftheinvoiceissuedbytheSeller.

6.ForceMajeure

6.1Intheeventofaforcemajeure,includingnaturaldisasters,war,strikes,governmentmeasures,etc.,whichpreventstheSellerfromperformingthisContract,theSellershallnotifytheBuyerinwritingandshallbeexemptedfromliabilityfornon-performanceordelayinperformance.

6.2Iftheforcemajeurelastsfor[Numberofdays],eitherpartymayterminatethisContractbywrittennotice.

7.DisputeResolution
