**6.Termination**

6.1ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty,intheeventofanyofthefollowing:

6.1.2Theinsolvency,bankruptcy,orliquidationofeitherparty;

**7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution**
