本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件修改采用ISO15618?2:2001《水下焊接焊工的合格試驗(yàn)第2部分:潛水員高壓干焊用
焊工和焊接操作人員》。
本文件與ISO15618?2:2001相比作了下述結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整:
——增加了附錄A(資料性)鋼材組別分類指南;
——附錄B對應(yīng)ISO15618?2:2001中的附錄A;
——附錄C對應(yīng)ISO15618?2:2001中的附錄B,其中C.2對應(yīng)ISO15618?2:2001中的B.2,增加
了C.2.2;
——附錄C對應(yīng)ISO15618?2:2001中的附錄B,其中C.2.3對應(yīng)ISO15618?2:2001中的B.2.2,
增加了C.2.3.3。
本文件與ISO15618?2:2001的技術(shù)差異及其原因如下:
——對范圍的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),調(diào)整了表述方式(見第1章),便于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)際應(yīng)用;

——加入了對于實(shí)心焊絲的認(rèn)可范圍(見6.5),以適用我國技術(shù)要求。
本文件做了下列編輯性改動(dòng):
——將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)名稱修改為《水下高壓干式焊接潛水焊工和焊接操作工技能評定》;
——重新繪制了示意圖,并刪除了部分示意圖修飾性的注;
——?jiǎng)h除了對于CRISO15608的引用,并根據(jù)其引用內(nèi)容增加了附錄A(鋼材組別分類指南)(見
5.4),以便于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施;
