1.ReadingfortheMainIdea:TopicSentence(15minutes)

英語(yǔ)段落的中心思想常用主題句表達(dá)。所謂主題句就是概括說(shuō)明某一段落中心思

想的句子。因此,能快速識(shí)別段落的主題句有助于讀者很好地理解段落的中心思

想。主題句通常出現(xiàn)在段落的開(kāi)頭。如A篇課文的第三段:

Atfirst,lifewasabitdifficult.ImademistakesinhowIusedmytime.Ispent

toomuchtimemakingfriends.IalsomadesomemistakesinhowIchosemyfirst

friendsincollege.

這一段的第一句是主題句,說(shuō)明一起先,并非一切順當(dāng),生活有點(diǎn)困難。怎

么個(gè)困難法呢?后三句則做了具體說(shuō)明。
