country.Chinaisacountrywithafeudal(封建的)historydatingbackseveralthousandyears

therighttoparticipateextensively;whethertheyhavebeengivenverbalpromisesinelections,

Democracyistherightofthepeopleineverycountry,ratherthantheprerogativeofa
