EPC工程包括的主車間：原料場；煉焦（焦?fàn)t）工程；燒結(jié)工程；煉鐵工程；煉鋼工程；制氧工程；二期全廠公輔設(shè)施（水、電、燃?xì)猓?；總圖布置及運(yùn)輸。CONTENTSOFCONTRACTING合同內(nèi)容 TheEmployerusestheEPCbiddingmethod.Thebiddingscopeincludesmainplantareageologicalexplorationforthesecondstageproject,engineeringdesign,equipmentsupply,stafftraining,projectconstruction,equipmentinstallation,test-run,trialproduction,startupofproduction,acceptancetestandhandover.雇主采用EPC方式招標(biāo)，其內(nèi)容包括：主廠區(qū)二期的地質(zhì)勘探；工程設(shè)計(jì)；設(shè)備供貨；人員培訓(xùn)；施工；設(shè)備安裝；試車；試生產(chǎn)；投產(chǎn)；驗(yàn)收交付。ADOPTEDSTANDARDSANDCODES項(xiàng)目規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Accordingtotherequirementsofthebiddingdocuments,VietnamorChinastandardsandcodesshallbeadopted.按照招標(biāo)文件的要求，采用TISCO提供的越南標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范，如果TISCO不能提供相關(guān)的越南標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范，在工程設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備制造中將采用中國相應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范。PROJECTCONSTRUCTIONSHCEDULE項(xiàng)目實(shí)施進(jìn)度表 TheEPC’scontractorshallcompletetheirworkwithin30months. workingscopeofcontractor承包商工作范圍 Accordingtothecontentsof01#EPCpackage,theworkscopeofcontractorisasthefollows:按照01#EPC合同內(nèi)容，承包商工作范圍如下：2.1 Newlyconstructedrawfmaterialyard新建原料場2.1.1 Rawmaterialyardiscomposedofarawmaterialpilingyardandamaterialevenlyblendingyard,utilityandauxiliaryfacilities,whichundertakesthecomplexjobssuchasmaterialsreceiving&unloading,storing,evenlyblendingforconcentratedfineore,coal,lumpore,flux,fuelsetc.anddirectlydeliverqualifiedmaterial,fuelusedforsintering,cokemakingandironmaking.Allabovementionedincomingmaterialsshouldhavequalifiedparticlesizeand.原料車間設(shè)有原料堆場及混勻料場。其承擔(dān)著燒結(jié)、焦化、高爐所用的精礦粉、煤、塊礦、熔劑、燃料等的受卸、儲存、混勻及將燒結(jié)、焦化、煉鐵所需合格原、燃料直接輸出等綜合作業(yè)及其配套的公輔設(shè)施，無需磨準(zhǔn)器。SinteringENGINEERING燒結(jié)工程 Inordertomeettherequirementsforproducing500,000t/acastingbilletsfortheTISCOsecondstagerevampingandexpansionproject,onesetof550m3blastfurnaceandthematchedonesetof100m2sinteringmachineaswellascorrespondingutilities為滿足TISCO二期擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目500,000t/a連鑄坯規(guī)模要求，新建1臺500m3高爐，為此配套建設(shè)1臺100 Thegradeofthesinteringoreshallbe55%Fecontent,andthecapacityofsinteringoreshallbe981,000t/atomeettherequirementsforsinteringorebytheblastfurnace.燒結(jié)礦含鐵品位為56%，燒結(jié)礦生產(chǎn)能力為981,000t/a,滿足高爐所需燒結(jié)礦的要求。CokemakingENGINEERING煉焦工程 Onesetof45-batterycokeovenwiththecapacityof300,000t/ametallurgicalcokeandby-productsrecoverysystemaswellasmatchedutilitieswillbenewlybuilt.新建一臺年生產(chǎn)干焦炭300,000t/a的45－battery焦?fàn)t及其副產(chǎn)品回收系統(tǒng)、配套的公輔系統(tǒng)。2.4 Ironmakingengineering 煉鐵工程 Onesetof550m3blastfurnacewillbebuiltupnewlytosupplyhotmetalrequiredforsteelmakingbyconverter,inordertoreachthetargetofproducing500,000t/a 新建一座500m3高爐，為煉鋼轉(zhuǎn)爐年產(chǎn)500,000t/a連鑄坯提供所需鐵水。 Ironmakingengineeringincludesonesetof550m3blastfurnace,pigcastmachine,coalinjectionsystem,oxygenenrichmentblowingsystem,mudmill,repairingfacilitiesofhotmetalladles,andmatchedutilities.Annualoutputofhotmetalwillbe543 煉鐵工程包括：一座500m3高爐、鑄鐵機(jī)、噴煤系統(tǒng)、富氧噴吹系統(tǒng)、碾泥機(jī)、鐵水罐維修等輔助設(shè)施及其配套的公輔設(shè)施。年產(chǎn)鐵水580,000t/a。Steelmaking&CONTINUOUSCASTINGENGINEERING煉鋼連鑄工程 Mainprocessequipmentforthenewlybuiltsteelmakingconverterandcontinuouscastingengineeringareasfollows:onesetof600tmixer,onesetof50tLDconverter,andonesetof55tLFrefiningfurnace,onesetofR8mfour-strand-caster,aswellasmatchedutilitiesandauxiliaryfacilities.Annualproductioncapacityofcontinuouscasteris500,000tonsbillets. 新建煉鋼轉(zhuǎn)爐連鑄工程，主要工藝設(shè)備為：一座600t混鐵爐、一一座50tLD轉(zhuǎn)爐、一臺55tLF鋼包精煉爐、一臺R8m4機(jī)4流方坯連鑄機(jī)及其配套的公輔設(shè)施。年生產(chǎn)能力為500,000t/a連鑄坯。Oxygengeneratingproject制氧車間 Onesetof6500m3/hoxygengeneratorwillbenewlybuilt,plustheexisting3200m3/hoxygengeneratoroxygengenerator,theavailableoxygenamountcanmeettherequirementsforoxygen,nitrogenandsomepartofargonofTISCOsecondstagerevampingandexpansionproject,withextra1600m3 新建一臺6500m3/h的制氧機(jī)，再加上原有3200m3/h還富余1600m3/h氧氣，能滿足二期擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目的氧氣、氮?dú)夂筒糠謿鍤獾囊蟆?Newlybuiltoxygengeneratingworkshopconsistsofonesetof6500m3/hoxygengenerator,matchedutilitiesandauxiliaryfacilities,pipingnetworkintheplant,aswellasbottlefillingequipmentsystemwithcapacityof2021bottles/dayandnight(Oxygenbottlesexcluded) 新建制氧車間包括一臺6500m3/hGenerallayout,transportation,utilitiesANDAUXILIARYFACILITIESoutsideSHOP廠外總圖運(yùn)輸和公輔設(shè)施。 TISCOwillberesponsiblefortheconstructionofpowersupplysystem110KVstepdownstationandprovidepowersupplysourceforthesecondstagerevampingandexpansionproject;thewatersourcesfortheprojectwillbesuppliedbyexisting70,000m3reservoirwatersupplyboostingstationwillbenewlybuilt. 二期擴(kuò)建工程的供電系統(tǒng)110kv總變電站由TISCO負(fù)責(zé)承建，提供電源；擴(kuò)建工程的水源是利用TISCO現(xiàn)有70,000m3 Themaincontentsincludethegenerallayout,transportation,utilitiesandauxiliaryfacilitiesoutsidethemainshops,suchasfuelgasfacilities,watersupplyanddrainagefacilities,powersupplyfacilities,thermalpowerfacilities,telecommunicationfacilitiesetc.主要包括內(nèi)容：擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目的總圖布置、鐵路運(yùn)輸、道路運(yùn)輸及主生產(chǎn)車間外的燃?xì)庠O(shè)施、給排水設(shè)施、供電設(shè)施、熱力設(shè)施、電信設(shè)施等公輔系統(tǒng)。

4. descriptionofGENERALLAYOUT,TRANSPORTATION,roadway,railwayandpipelineworksofthewholeplan(stageii)全廠TISCO二期擴(kuò)建工程之總圖運(yùn)輸，公路，鐵路，各種管網(wǎng)的概述General概述 TISCO,beingaimportantenterpriseinVietnam,wasestablishedin1958.TISCOpossessescokemakingplant,sinterplant,ironmakingplant,steelmakingplant,rollingmillplantaswellascorrespondingutilitiesandauxiliaryfacilitiesetc.Itsannualoutputofironandsteelisabout200,000tandcommoncarbonsteelcastingbilletisabout250,000t. TISCO始建于1958年，是越南國有重點(diǎn)企業(yè)。TISCO現(xiàn)有焦化、燒結(jié)、煉鐵、煉鋼、軋鋼生產(chǎn)廠和相應(yīng)的公輔設(shè)施等。年生產(chǎn)鋼、鐵約20萬噸，普碳鋼連鑄坯約25萬噸。 Intheplanttherearerailwaysandstationyardofrailway,andtotalrailwaylengthinthewholeplantisabout60km(includingrailwayofmines).Therailwaytransportationisthemaintransportmeansintheplant,complementarywithroads,sothetransportationintheplantisveryconvenience. 廠內(nèi)設(shè)有鐵路及鐵路站場，全廠共有鐵路約60公里（包括礦山鐵路），廠內(nèi)運(yùn)輸主要以鐵路運(yùn)輸為主，并設(shè)有廠內(nèi)道路，交通運(yùn)輸極為便利。4.2 Designcontents 設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容 根據(jù)TISCO提供電子版現(xiàn)狀地形資料，經(jīng)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，本次標(biāo)書土方量估算約498353m Thedrainagesystemforrainwateronthesitewillusetheexistingdrainagesystemintheplant.ThefinalplantdrainageplanprovidedbyTISCOwillgovern. 使用現(xiàn)有雨排，雨排系統(tǒng)最終由tisco負(fù)責(zé)。4.5 Transportation 運(yùn)輸4.5.1 Railway 鐵路 Totaltransportationamountofnewlyconstructedrawmaterialyardis1.64milliontonsyearly,amongwhich,50%ofconcentratedfineore,lumporewillbetransportedbyrailwayandtheremained50%ofwhichwillbetransportedthroughroad.Coalandcokewillbetransported100%byrailwayfromoutsidetotherawmaterialsyard.NewlybuiltrailroadsystemshallbeP50.Materialyardwillbeprovidedwithnewrailway(twolines)toenableturnaroundofemptywagons.
