1、太陽電池 solar cell通常是指將太陽光能直接轉(zhuǎn)換成電能的一種器件。硅太陽電池 silicon solar cell硅太陽電池是以硅為基體材料的太陽電池。單晶硅太陽電池 single crystalline silicon solar cell單晶硅太陽電池是以單晶硅為基體材料的太陽電池。 非晶硅太陽電池（ a si 太陽電池） amorphoussilicon solar cell用非晶硅材料及其合金制造的太陽電池稱為非晶硅太陽電池，亦稱無定形硅太陽電池，簡稱asi 太陽電池。多晶硅太陽電池 polycrystalline silicon solar cell多晶硅太陽電池是以多晶硅為

2、基體材料的太陽電池。聚光太陽電池組件 photovoltaic concentrator module系指組成聚光太陽電池，方陣的中間組合體，由聚光器、太陽電池、散熱器、互連引線和殼體等組成。電池溫度 cell temperature系指太陽電池中 P-n 結(jié)的溫度。太陽電池組件表面溫度solar cell module surface temperature系指太陽電池組件背表面的溫度。大氣質(zhì)量（ AM ） Air Mass （AM）直射陽光光束透過大氣層所通過的路程，以直射太陽光束從天頂?shù)竭_(dá)海平面所通過的路程的倍數(shù)來表示。太陽高度角 solar 太陽高度角 solar elevation

3、angle太陽光線與觀測點(diǎn)處水平面的夾角，稱為該觀測點(diǎn)的太陽高度角。輻照度irradiance系指照射到單位表面積上的輻射功率（ W/m2 ） 。總輻照（總的太陽輻照） total irradiation （total insolation）在一段規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)， （根據(jù)具體情況而定為每小時(shí)，每天、每周、每月、每年）照射到某個(gè)傾斜表面的單位面積上的太陽輻照。直射輻照度direct irradiance照射到單位面積上的，來自太陽圓盤及其周圍對照射點(diǎn)所張的圓錐半頂角為 8o 的天空輻射功率。散射輻照度diffuse irradiance除去直射太陽輻照的貢獻(xiàn)外，來自整個(gè)天空，照射到單位面積上的輻射

4、功率。太陽常數(shù) solar constant在地球的大氣層外，太陽在單位時(shí)間內(nèi)投射到距太陽平均日地距離處垂直于射線方向的單位面積上的全部輻射能，稱為太陽常數(shù)，常用毫瓦/ 厘米 2 或瓦 / 米 2 來表示。環(huán)境溫度 ambient temperature是光伏發(fā)電器周圍空氣的溫度。在一個(gè)通風(fēng)而能避開陽光，天空和地面輻射的箱體內(nèi)測量。電池額定工作溫度nominal operating cell temperature系指在輻照度為 800Wm-2 、環(huán)境氣溫20 ，風(fēng)速 Lms-1 ，電氣開路在中午時(shí)太陽光垂直照射于敞開安裝的框架，這個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參考環(huán)境中，組件內(nèi)太陽電池的平均平衡溫度。電池額定工作溫

5、度nominal operating cell temperature系指在輻照度為 800Wm-2 、環(huán)境氣溫20 ，風(fēng)速 Lms-1 ，電氣開路在中午時(shí)太陽光垂直照射于敞開安裝的框架，這個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參考環(huán)境中，組件內(nèi)太陽電池的平均平衡溫度。功率調(diào)節(jié)器power conditioning unit在太陽光伏能源系統(tǒng)中，為了穩(wěn)定母線電壓用于調(diào)節(jié)太陽電池方針或母線輸出功率的裝置。充電控制器charge controller按預(yù)定方式給某電池組充電， 并根據(jù)蓄電池的荷電程度及時(shí)改變充電速率， 防止過充電的控制裝置。直流 / 交流電壓上（下）變換器D.C/A.C up（down） converter系指把

6、直流電變換成交流電，并升高（降低）電壓的設(shè)備。最大功率點(diǎn) maximum power point受光照的電池在確定的伏 安特性曲線上有最大功率輸出的工作點(diǎn)，稱為最大功率點(diǎn)亦稱最佳工作點(diǎn)。最佳負(fù)載 optimum load使受光照的電池工作在最大功率點(diǎn)的負(fù)載，稱為最佳負(fù)載。最佳工作電壓optimum operating voltage受光照的電池在伏- 安特性曲線上最大功率點(diǎn)所對應(yīng)的電壓稱為最佳工作電壓，通常用 Vm 表示。最佳工作電流optimum operating current受光照的電池在伏 安特性曲線上最大功率點(diǎn)所對應(yīng)的電流，稱為最佳工作電流，通常用 Im 。轉(zhuǎn)換效率conversi

7、on efficiency在規(guī)定的測試條件下，最大輸出電功率與輻照度，太陽電池面積的比值，以百分比表示。最大功率maximum power在電流 電壓特性上，電流電壓乘積取最大值處的功率方陣場 array field在某個(gè)指定系統(tǒng)內(nèi)發(fā)電的全部太陽電池方陣的總和。方陣的重量比功率weight to power ratio of a solar array系指方陣輸出的電功率與方陣總重量之比，單位為瓦/ 公斤。方陣的面積比功率area to power ratio of a solar array系指方陣輸出的電功率與方陣總面積之比，稱為方陣的面積比功率，單位為瓦/ 米 2方陣的面積利用率area

8、 utilization of a solar array系指所用單體電池幾何面積的總和與方陣總面積的百分比。太陽電池方陣solar cell array由若干個(gè)太陽電池組件或子方陣 （組合板） 在機(jī)械和電氣上按一定方式組裝在一起并具有固定的支撐結(jié)構(gòu)（地基除外）而構(gòu)成的直流發(fā)電單元，需要時(shí)，還可以有太陽跟蹤器。溫度控制器等部 件組成的直流發(fā)電單元太陽電池組合板solar cell panel由若干個(gè)太陽電池組件按一定方式組裝在一起的組合單元， 它是太陽電池方陣的一部分， 太陽電池組合板亦稱太陽電池子方陣， 它作為方陣大一個(gè)安裝單元而設(shè)計(jì)， 輸出的電能是方陣總輸出的一部分。最大功率跟蹤器maxi
