1、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情論文:高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的現(xiàn)狀與引導(dǎo)【中文摘要】隨著高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情進(jìn)入全面發(fā)展時(shí)期,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情現(xiàn)狀和引導(dǎo)也顯得尤為重要。高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情有很多優(yōu)點(diǎn),如能提供“原生態(tài)”輿情基礎(chǔ),有利于學(xué)生思想的真實(shí)表達(dá)和對(duì)學(xué)生心聲的準(zhǔn)確把握、能為政府科學(xué)決策提供依據(jù)、促進(jìn)對(duì)政府官員的監(jiān)督、通過(guò)“意見(jiàn)領(lǐng)袖”能淡化過(guò)激言論,緩解漸趨緊張的社會(huì)矛盾。但是作為“雙刃劍”,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情還是有很多不足之處:網(wǎng)絡(luò)“把關(guān)人”缺失導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛假信息泛濫、“意見(jiàn)領(lǐng)袖”的惡意引導(dǎo)引發(fā)“蝴蝶效應(yīng)”等。本文分五章內(nèi)容,在簡(jiǎn)要介紹本課題的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究意義和研究方法后,從高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的理論入手,全面介紹了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的概念、內(nèi)容和特征、運(yùn)行過(guò)程、對(duì)社

2、會(huì)的雙重影響及其高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的發(fā)展和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。之后以湖南財(cái)政經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院的一份網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情調(diào)查報(bào)告為切入點(diǎn),并結(jié)合近年來(lái)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的熱點(diǎn)事件,進(jìn)行理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的分析,闡述了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的現(xiàn)狀和成因分析,提出網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情引導(dǎo)的原則與內(nèi)容,并從建立公開(kāi)透明、及時(shí)有效的學(xué)校信息發(fā)布、建設(shè)好一批高校紅色網(wǎng)站、培養(yǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)論壇的“意見(jiàn)領(lǐng)袖”、從技術(shù)上防范有害輿情的傳播、提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德,強(qiáng)化自律機(jī)制這五個(gè)方面敘述了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情引導(dǎo)的方法?！居⑽恼緼s the public seminars on campus network are coming into full swing, the importance of its

While on the other hand, the seminars on network prove to be insufficient with regard to its prevalent false information directly caused by the absence of official

5、supervisor, and the butterfly effects rising as a result of some ill-intentioned seminar hosts. This article, designed in five chapters besides the abstract and introduction, cuts in first from a theoretical point of view, followed by a comprehensive study on the concept, content, characteristics, o

6、peration process, dual effect exerted on the society and the development and experience of public seminars on campus network. A survey on the public seminars on campus network of Hunan University of Finance and Economics, supported by most-discussed events on internet, makes it possible to explore t

7、heoretically and practically into the status quo and causes of the formation by public seminars on campus network. The article also constructively points out principles and contents to guidepublic seminars on campus network, and particularly discusses five practical ways to supervise public seminars
