重慶理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)外文翻譯題目PSH4D型立體停車庫橫移傳動機構(gòu)設(shè)計二級學(xué)院機械工程學(xué)院專業(yè)機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化班級姓名學(xué)號指導(dǎo)教師系主任時間2013.3PLC-basedcontrolofmulti-storeyparkingstudyanddesign1.OverviewofparkingTheapplicationofparkingfacilitiesforover30yearshistoryoftheolderbetterJapanSouthKoreaTaiwanGermanyiswellknownChinaseconomyhasexperienced30yearsofrapidgrowththequalityofpubliclifeincreasingdemandsquotCommunityMapquotinthequotlinequottoanewlevel.SubsequenttransportsituationistenseJapanandCanadawhichincludesbothdynamicandstatic.Asthecityhigh-risebuildingsbuiltbythelevelofhousingreformlikeparkingshiftfromthree-dimensionalsurfaceparkingparkinginastatictrafficinthealreadyoccupiedanincreasinglyimportantposition.UndergroundparkinggaragecomparedwiththetraditionalinmanywaysisthefirstsectionshowsthesuperiorityoftheadvantagesofthepastundergroundgaragevehicularaccessdueLeavegeneroustheaveragecarwouldoccupy40squaremetersofareaIfusingdouble-parkinggaragethegroundcanincreasetheutilizationrateof80-90iftheuseofmulti-floor21floorThree-dimensionalgaragethenthelandareaof50squaremeterswillbeplacedonthe40vehiclesthatcantosavelandresourcesandreducethecostofcivilengineeringdevelopment.ForexampletheIndonesianEmbassyinBeijingdidnotbuildmulti-storeyparkingbeforetheplanecanonlyputfivecarsarenowbuiltthree-dimensionalliftingandafterclassgaragecanpark13carsthebasicrequirementstomeettheEmbassy.Itisgenerallyconsideredgoodprospectsforparkingequipmentindustryandhasbeenhailedasthe21stcenturyoneofthemostpopularindustry.2.LiftingandtransferringtheconceptgarageParkingequipmenthasprovidedatotalof9categories:liftingandclassPSHsimpleliftingclassPJSverticalliftingtypePCStheverticalcirculationcategoryPCXflatmobileclassPPYtunnelreactorstackclassPXDmulti-cycleclassPDXthelevelofcirculatingtypePSXvehicleliftPQStherearedozensofspecificationscanbeappliedtoadifferentspacesiteconditionsisahighsecurityhighreliabilityhighefficiencyofautomationequipment.Especiallyinthesetypesofliftingand9classesPSHparkingmostwidelyused.Usedtosettherisingandfallingorslidingvehicleaccesstovehiclesparkinggarageequipmentcategorycalledliftingandgarage.Liftingandtransferringgaragemodulardesigneachunitcanbedesignedastwothreefourfivehalf-undergroundandothermeansthenumberofparkingspacesfromafewtohundreds.Astheliftingandtransferringthepatternclassesmoreparkingvaryinsizestrongadaptabilitytothesitethereforeuseofsuchequipmentiscommonparkinggarage.Itsworkingprincipleis:Eachcarparkingspacesarepresentedboardsettherequiredaccesstothevehiclebyvehicleplateupwardanddownwardslidingmovementtoreachthegroundfloorthedriverenteredthegarageaccesstovehiclescompletetheaccessprocess.Theupperorlowerparkingspacesneedtotraversethespacethroughthemiddlelayerwillcontainthevehicleplateupordowntogroundlevelthepilotbeforeenteringthegarageoroutacarintothegarage.3.ThreeliftingandtransferringparkingsystemLiftingandtransferringparkinggarageisatypicalcross-disciplinaryintegrationofmechanicalandelectricalproductsmechanicalassemblyelectronicsinformationtechnologyinone.LiftingandtransferringparkingmainlybythesteelpartscarpanelscontainingpartthetransmissionsystemcontrolsystemsecuritysystemfivecomponentsshowninFigure2.ThreemechanicalparkingequipmentisliftingandmachineryofatypeofparkingequipmentthistypeofgarageequipmentinthemiddleofeachlayerthegroundflooraretoremainfreeparkinggroundflooronlydoslidingmovementonthegroundwhiledoingTraversingthesecondfloordone-and-downmovementthegroundlayeronlydoMovement.Run-timegroundfloordirectaccesstocarsonthefloorthesecondflooraccessvehiclesneedtocorrespondthroughthegroundfloorcontainingthecarslidingtothespacestationtheliftreachedthegroundfloortoachievethegroundthreecaraccessisrequiredthesecondfloorbyfloorthegroundfloorofloadingcorrespondingtothespacestationaftertraversingthesametimeliftreachesthegroundlayer.Themovementofgeneralprinciples:downresettranslationisnotreset.Parkingparkingrequiredbytheuserspecificationanddesignautomaticandmanualoperationmodeoftwopointscanbeswitchedonandoffduringnormaloperationinthegaragetouseautomatedmeansinequipmentmaintenanceanddebuggingcanbeusedmanually.BothautomaticandmanuallycontrolledbyPLCprogrammablecontrollersodevicescanguaranteethesafeoperationofanymanner.EquipmentThereareseveralsafetydevicestoensuresafetyofpeopleandvehiclessuchasanti-fallsafetydeviceslimitandpreventexcessivevolumedeviceAutomaticpower-offbrakingdevicethewrongbreakphaseprotection.3.1ThemainframepartActualprojects:BeijingIndonesiaEmbassyliftingandtransferringclassparkingequipmentoverallstructuresimplegenerousgivepeoplelightweightsprightlyfeeling.MainsteelstructureusesHsteelchannelsteelplateweldingmoldinguseboltconnectedframeworkstruturestrengthandstiffness.Ordersteelpartappearancebeautifulandanticorrosionantirustabilitysteelsomepaintingbeforeadoptedmechanicalderustingprocessingsoparkingequipmentoverallsurfaceprotectivelevelreachedhighergrade.Inadditionthesecondsetofequipmentcanbeassembledandcombinedcanbeinstalledtoensurereliablequalityfavorabletransportandreducingon-siteinstallationtime.3.2CarplatescontainingSetcarplatesareusedtocarryinventoryofvehicles.Setcarplatesfromthe2.3mmofgalvanizedsheetbendingformingaroundedgegirder4.5mmofgalvanizedsheetbendingforming.Edgebeamandsetvehicleswithnoplateboltconnectionsetcarplatestoensurerigidityandstrength.Resistanceofloadingplatewithvehicleandstopper.3.3DriveSystemParkingequipmentdrivesystemuseschainorropetractiondrivetransmission.Thecarparkingfacilitiescontainingtheupperplatebytheliftmotorgeardrivenbyachain-drivenrollerthenrollthroughtherope-drivenmovementsofloadingplate.Two-storyframestructurewithslidingrespectivelyeachslidingframewithliftingandslidingthetwomotorsbothframebyslidingthetracktraversemotorcanalsobesetthroughtheliftingmotorvehiclestoreachtherisingandfallinggroundlevelachievingaccesstocars.Thetransmissionmodecomparedwithothermethodshasrunasmoothsafeandreliablemaintenanceandconvenientwhileitsenvironmentalperformanceisalsosuperiortotheotherdrive.Thelowerplatebyamotorvehiclecontainingreducertowalkthroughthechaindrivewheeldrivealongthetraversetrackmovement.Drivemotorassemblygearreducermotorandbrakeasawholesmallsizelightweightlownoiseusinglong-termgreasestableandreliableperformancelonglifelong-termmaintenance-freequalitysuperior.3.4ControlSystemControlthemaincontrolobjectisslidingdownasmallmotorandlargemotorvehiclestomakethemaccordingtotherequirementsofaccesstousebuttonoperationtoachievepowerbychangingthephasesequenceofloadingplatformtoachievetherightandleftorupanddown.Secondtocontrolvariousauxiliarydeviceswithinthegaragesuchas:lightanditsvarioussecurityfacilities.Toensuretheboardcantraverseandsetcarsupordowntothespecifiedlocationusingalimitswitchpositioning.Todeterminewhethertheboardofloadingvehiclesusingopticalswitches.Generalsmallgaragecanusebuttonoperationscanalsousetouchscreenoperation.Allinputandoutputswitchingcapacityofliftingandtransferringgaragecircuitissimplelessdemandingontheenvironmentwithitsanti-interferenceabilityofPLCandisolationtransformerscanmeettherequirementsitmaynolongerhaveanadditionalanti-interferencemeasuresinothersothattheexactgaragesystemcanorderlywork.CorepartofthecontrolsystemPLCcontrolPLChasstronganti-interferencestrongstabilitysystemreliabilitymodularityandotherstructuralfeatures.Thecontrolsystemisthesetofmechanicalparkingcontrolsystemapplicableinthearea.Thecontrolsystemdetectsadevicewithhighsensitivityandaccuracyandreliabilityofworkandfeedbackinatimelymanner.Contactoroutputunitissensitivereliableadvancedtechnologyeasymainten
