GraduateEmploymentReportCollegeenrollmentpolicysothatthenumberofstudentssurging,butalsoontheemploymentsituationofuniversitygraduateswhohavecreatedatremendousimpact,employmenthasbecomedifficultforanindisputablefact.Graduationonunemploymentseemstohavebecomeageneralpsychologystudents.Foreachuniversitystudents,theearlyplanningtheircareers,todeterminetheirowncareerobjectiveandsubjectivefactorsanalysis,summarizeandtodeterminethegoalscanbeinacompetitiveemploymentenvironmentinaninvincibleposition.Inresponsetothissocialphenomenon,wehavestartedonthecollegestudentsemploymentquestionnaire.Surveydataanalysis:Collegegraduatesareveryimportantonthetalentmarketofhumanresources,inrecentyears,withthelarge-scalecollegeenrollment,thenumberofundergraduatesinasharpincreaseinthenumberofgraduateshasbeenrising,isfollowedbygraduatesofemployment.Infact,graduatesandbusinessesintheabsenceofeffectivechannelsofcommunicationbetweentheenterprisesemployingthestandard,enterprisepersonnelselectioncriteriadidnoteffectivelypassthetimecollegestudents,collegestudentscultivatealackofmarket-oriented.Thismakesemploymentofuniversitygraduateslacksufficientinformation,resultinginblindnessofemployment.Collegegraduatesareveryimportantonthetalentmarketofhumanresources,inrecentyears,withthelarge-scalecollegeenrollment,thenumberofundergraduatesinasharpincreaseinthenumberofgraduateshasbeenrising,isfollowedbygraduatesofemployment.Infact,graduatesandbusinessesintheabsenceofeffectivechannelsofcommunicationbetweentheenterprisesemployingthestandard,enterprisepersonnelselectioncriteriadidnoteffectivelypassthetimecollegestudents,collegestudentscultivatealackofmarket-oriented.Thismakesemploymentofuniversitygraduateslacksufficientinformation,resultinginblindnessofemployment.Objectivesofthesurvey:Mainlyaimedatunderstandingtheemploymentexpectationsofcollegestudents,self-evaluationofthequalityofschoolcareersguidance,employmentsituationandtheviewsofthecurrentemploymentsituationaimedatunderstandingtheimpactofuniversitystudents；throughtheinvestigationoffactorsaffectingemploymentofuniversitystudents,andbetterregulatetheemployingunittherelationshipbetweenthesupplyanddemandandgraduates；forcontemporarycollegestudentsinthedevelopmentofcareerplanningtomakeanewdescription；tohelpstudentsknowthemselvesasquicklyaspossible,theschoolprovidesstudentswithemploymentguidance,toenablestudentstopursuecareers.Forstudentsinthefutureareferencetotheemploymentprocess.Findingsandrecommendations:Inthesurveylearnedthattheinformationontheemploymentconcernsofcollegestudentsisstillrelativelysmall,only24%ofthestudentssaidhadbeenconcernedabouttheemploymentinformation,while71%ofthestudentsconcernedonlyoccasionally,whentheysawandlistentothenext.Thedegreeofconcernontheemploymentscenario,adirectimpactonthepreparationsmadefortheselectedoccupationallevelandbroughtabouttheachievementsofthefuturelevelofemployment.Moststudentsexpressedconcernforthefuturework,butinreallifethereisverylittleofthisessentialeffort.TypicalYangaoshoudiperformance.Accordingtothissummaryintothereasons:1.Becausethestudentsarestillcozyandcomfortablecampuslife,theintensesociallife,thereisnotenoughunderstood.Remainedeconomicallydependentontheirparents,forgetthepressureonemploymentcausedbytension,suchastheschoolday,stilllife,school,classdismissed,forlackofanaccurateunderstandingofemploymentandawareness.2.Schoolscareerguidancenotinplace.Studentssaidthatalthoughtheschoolofferedcareerguidanceclasses,butonlyavaguetalkaboutsomegreattruths,thelackofarealoperationalcapability.Self-knowledge,includingpersonalinterestandexpertise,personalcharacterandvalues,personalgoalsandneedsofthechosenindividualsemotionalintelligence,personalworkexperience,personalqualificationsandcompetenceoftheindividualaspectssuchasphysicalconditions,isacareeranimportantpartofplanning.Insomeunitsoftheunderstandingthattheneedsofstudentsshouldhavethebasicqualityshouldincludeideologicalhealthandmorality,discipline,andstressingintegrity,goodcoordination,easyandothersincharacter,andwithstrongprofessionalandtechnicalknowledgeandbasiclegalknowledge.Surveyshowsthat60%ofstudentsbelievethatthedifficultsituationcausedbytheemployment,inadditiontosocialpressureandthatenterprisesemployingfewerfactors,themainproblemliesthelackoftheirownworkexperience,lackofactualcombatexperienceisafatalfactor.Atpresenttheoverallqualityofstudentsandabilitiesofindividualsmissing,outstandingperformancerelativelackofsocialworkexperience,lackofabilitytosolvepracticalproblems,thelackofhardpioneeringspiritofcooperationandcommunicationwiththepeoplethereareobstacles.Inthesurveyfoundthat57%ofthestudentsthatself-expressionandinterpersonalrelationsarethemselvesthebiggestjobencounteredproblems.Careergoalistobeexpected,therearesomepossiblegoals.Thechoiceofcareergoalsisnoestablishedformulaatall,thekeyistobebasedonself-reality,whichrequiresustounderstandthemselves.Toknowthemselvesthroughpersonalanalysis,itisestimatedtheirownabilitytoconfirmtheirowncharacter,findtheirinterests,identifytheirstrengths,tomeasurethegapbetweenthemselvesandtherebytodeveloptheirowntoshapetheirown,sothattheirtalentsintofullplay.However,investigationsshowedthatmoststudentsoftheirownabilities,interests,occupationtendtolackthedepthofunderstandingofthenaturalrightcareergoalistovague.Occupationalexpectationsfactorscanbedividedintothreeaspects,prestigestatusstabilityfactor(locationandunits,socialandeconomicfactors,thevalue(whetherornottodeveloptheirownabilities,theirideal),thevalue(theeconomicconditions,wagesandbenefits,).Thesurveyrespondentspayandbenefits,geographicallocation,nature,theirownideals,theeconomicconditions,parents,socialandeconomicfactors,canplaytotheirtalents,bythemselvesinthechoiceofwork,theroleofthesmallsort.Thechoiceofprofession,theprimaryfactorintheselectionofthepayandbenefits,geographicallocation,natureandtheirparentsdecisiontostudentsinthefirstpriority,followedbytheirownideals,canplaytotheirtalents,theeconomicconditions,socialandeconomicfactorsthatboysandgirlsthereisnosignificantdifferences.AccordingtothesurveyfoundthatthestudentstotheirjobsfortheunitnatureNegativeorpay,therelativelyhigh,butnow,theemploymentsituationdoesnotseemtoallowinexperiencedstudentstochoosejobs,collegestudentssrequesthadbeenreducedbymany,manystudentshaveexpressedtheirsupportforthefirstemployment,andthenchooseconcept.Inthefuturewillnotengageinprofessionalwork,thereare61?Studentsareacceptable,recruitmentunitstothedevelopmentprospectsandwages.Thecompanyinemployment,thereare58?Studentscanbeexpressedthehopethatthegovernmentdepartmentsandenterprises,andthepeoplewhoonlyafewenterprisesofthestudentssaidtheywouldconsiderthatthisisambitiousuniversitystudents,itseemsimpractical.大學生就業(yè)調查報告高校擴招的政策使大學生的人數飆漲，同時也對大學生畢業(yè)后的就業(yè)形勢造成了極大的影響，就業(yè)難早已成為一個不爭的事實?！爱厴I(yè)就失業(yè)”似乎也已經成為大學生的普遍心理。對每個大學生來說，及早規(guī)劃自己的職業(yè)生涯，對決定自己的職業(yè)生涯的主客觀因素進行分析，總結和測定，確定奮斗目標，才能在競爭激烈的就業(yè)環(huán)境中處于不敗之地。針對這一社會現象，我們展開了關于大學生就業(yè)問題的調查問卷。調查數據分析：高校畢業(yè)生是人才市場上非常重要的人力資源，近年，隨著高校大規(guī)模的擴招，在校大學生人數急劇上升，畢業(yè)生人數也逐年增加，隨之而來的就是畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題。而事實上，在畢業(yè)生和企業(yè)之間缺少有效的溝通渠道，企業(yè)的用人標準、企業(yè)人才的選擇條件沒有在有效的時間的傳遞給大學生，大學生的培養(yǎng)缺乏市場導向。這使大學生就業(yè)時缺乏足夠信息，從而產生就業(yè)盲目性。調查目的：主要了解在
