英文投稿過程中的十種狀態(tài)1. Submitted to Journal當(dāng)上傳結(jié)束后，顯示的狀態(tài)是Submitted to Journal，這個(gè)狀態(tài)是自然形成的無需處理。2. With editor如果在投稿的時(shí)候沒有要求選擇編輯，就先到主編那里，主編會(huì)分派給別的編輯。這當(dāng)中就會(huì)有另兩個(gè)狀態(tài)： Editor assigned編輯分派 Editor Declined Invitation編輯拒絕邀請(qǐng)，這時(shí)主編不得不將投稿文章重新分派給其它編輯。3. Reviewer(s) invited說明編輯已接手處理，正在邀請(qǐng)審稿人中。有時(shí)該過程會(huì)持續(xù)很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間，如果其中原因是編輯一直沒有找到合適的審稿人，這時(shí)投稿者可以向編輯推薦審稿人。4. Under review審稿人的意見已上傳，說明審稿人已接受審稿，正在審稿中，這應(yīng)該是一個(gè)漫長(zhǎng)的等待（期刊通常會(huì)限定審稿人審稿時(shí)間，一般為一個(gè)月左右）。當(dāng)然前面各步驟也可能很慢的，要看編輯的處理情況。如果被邀請(qǐng)審稿人不想審，就會(huì)decline，編輯會(huì)重新邀請(qǐng)別的審稿人。5. required review completed審稿結(jié)束，等編輯處理，該過程短則幾天，長(zhǎng)則無期，科學(xué)堂有一篇文章出現(xiàn)required review completed狀態(tài)已近一個(gè)月了，還是沒有消息。6. Decision in Process到了這一步就快要有結(jié)果了，編輯開始考慮是給修改還是直接拒，當(dāng)然也有可能直接接受的，但可能性很小，呵呵。7. Minor revision/Major revision小修/大修，這個(gè)時(shí)候可以稍微慶祝一下了，因?yàn)橛行薷木陀锌赡堋＞唧w怎么改就不多說了，謙虛謹(jǐn)慎是不可少的（因?yàn)樾薷暮笠话銜?huì)再發(fā)給審稿人看，所以一定要細(xì)心的回答每一個(gè)審稿人的每一個(gè)問題，態(tài)度要謙遜，要讓審稿人覺得他提的每個(gè)問題都很有水準(zhǔn)的，然后針對(duì)他的問題，一個(gè)一個(gè)的做出答復(fù)，能修改的就修改，不能修改的給出理由，而且都要列出來，文章的哪一段哪一行修改了最好都說出來，記?。航o審稿人減少麻煩就是給你自己減少麻煩！另注：有時(shí)，審稿人會(huì)在修改意見里隱諱里說出要你仔細(xì)閱讀某幾篇文獻(xiàn)，這時(shí)可要注意了，其中某些文章可能就是評(píng)審者自己發(fā)表的，這時(shí)你最好在你的修改稿中加以引用），修改后被拒絕的例子也多不勝數(shù)的。8. Revision Submitted to Journal修改后重新提交，等待編輯審理。9. Accepted如果不要再審，只是小修改，編輯看后會(huì)馬上顯示這個(gè)狀態(tài)，但如果要再審也會(huì)有上面的部分狀態(tài)。一步會(huì)比較快，但也有慢的?？措s志的。10. Rejected相信大家見了Rejected，都會(huì)很郁悶。但也不要太灰心，耐心將評(píng)審意見看完，一般評(píng)審者會(huì)給出有益的建議，相信看后你會(huì)有所收獲。In the Rapid Review? system, your manuscript has a different status assigned to it at various stages in the process. The submission has been assigned a temporary (TMP) manuscript number. You must complete the submission process.Finish My Submission. by viewing and approving the MS PDF. Once this is done, the submission will be assigned a permanent manuscript number.MS at Check-In. the manuscript is pending a quality check by the staff or editor. This involves verifying that the MS PDF contains a complete manuscript (text, tables, figures, etc.) and is suitable for review purposes.Conversion to PDF in Process. If the manuscript was submitted digitally, the MS PDF did not pass the QC process and is not suitable for review purposes. The staff may be in the process of converting the digital files to a new MS PDF or staff may have requested that the author send new file(s). The Journal Office is waiting for the file(s) to upload for conversion purposes.MS Being Pre-screened. if you submitted a manuscript to a journal whose review process includes pre-screening, this status indicates that the manuscript (or the abstract) is currently being pre-screened to determine its appropriateness for the journal. MS In Review. the manuscript has been assigned to an editor and may be awaiting reviewer selections, or the awaiting reviews.Decision Pending. the manuscript has been reviewed and the editor is in the process of making a decision.MS in Revision (Optional). a decision to accept the paper with optional revisions (as suggested in the reviewer or editor comments) has been made by the editor, and a letter requesting these revisions has been sent to the author. Resubmission is anticipated.MS in Revision (Minor). a decision to accept the paper with minor revisions (as suggested in the reviewer or editor comments) has been made by the editor, and a letter requesting these revisions has been sent to the author. Submitted to Journal這是投稿時(shí)顯示的第一個(gè)狀態(tài)，也是系統(tǒng)生成的，說明你的稿件已經(jīng)上傳到編輯部。2. With editor這種狀態(tài)代表編輯已經(jīng)看到你的投稿件的信息，在此要考慮應(yīng)該讓誰來審理你的稿件。3. Under review及with editor這種狀態(tài)代表稿件在審稿人那里，正在審閱。但是如果審稿人對(duì)此文章不了解不想審，就會(huì)退給編輯，編輯會(huì)重新邀請(qǐng)別的審稿人。4. required review completed 這種狀態(tài)代表審稿結(jié)束，等編輯處理接受與否。5. Minor revision/Major revision 這種狀態(tài)代表審稿人做出的決定讓你小修改或者大修改文章。6. Revision Submitted to Journal 這是要求修改稿送給編輯，重復(fù)以上狀態(tài)。但是有可能也不重復(fù)，如果審稿人給你提的問題都是無關(guān)緊要的問題，那么編輯回自己做出最后接受的決定。不會(huì)再分配給審稿人“Editor invited” 是 邀請(qǐng)/安排合適的負(fù)責(zé)你文章的編輯 的意思“Editor assigned”是 已經(jīng)為你的文章確定好了編輯，下一步這個(gè)編輯會(huì)對(duì)你的稿件進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的處理，狀態(tài)是Assessment by Editorial Office ，事件是Manuscript received by Editorial Office ，編輯評(píng)價(jià)后送審，目前還沒有過編輯評(píng)價(jià)這一關(guān)，如果編輯認(rèn)為文章的質(zhì)量基本可以送審了，那么就會(huì)under review了
