Unit 5 Section A 3a3c 教學設計 一、【教材分析】教學目標知識目標1. 學習并掌握下列單詞:storm, wind, light, report, area, wood, window, flashlight, match, beat, against, asleep, rise, fallen, apart 2. 能正確使用以下常用表達:with a serious storm happening outside, make sure, fall asleep, die down, in a mess, clean up 3. 能熟練掌握并使用下列重點句式:1)Black clouds were making the sky very dark. 2)With no light outside, it felt like midnight. 3) It was hard to have fun with a serious storm happening outside. 4) Although the storm broke many things apart, it brought families and neighbors closer together.4. 學會過去進行時態(tài)的構成和用法。能力目標通過閱讀訓練,學會運用過去進行時態(tài),談論過去的事情或講述過去的故事。情感目標通過本課的學習,培養(yǎng)學生在困難面前互幫互助的優(yōu)良品質。教學重點正確使用過去進行時態(tài),談論過去的事情或講述過去的故事。教學難點正確使用過去進行時態(tài),談論過去的事情或講述過去的故事。 教學方法情景教學法;任務型教學法。二、【教學流程】環(huán)節(jié)師生活動設計意圖I. Preparation 準備1.自由對話,導入新課2復習檢查 1)通過檢查詞匯和短語,檢查學生預習效果。2)復習過去進行時:(1) Show the 3 pictures with PPT and let the Ss make conversations about what the people were doing. T: What was he doing? Ss: He was doing the homework in the house / at 8:00 last night cooking in the kitchen /at this time yesterdaywatching a game at home / when it rained (2) 總結過去進行時的構成:was/ were + doing 檢查單詞預習情況:教師結合學生讀的狀況,適當領讀,并幫助學生正音。教師根據(jù)構詞法知識,幫助學生識記單詞。II. Presentation呈現(xiàn)1. Learning tasks “示標定向”。 1)學習并掌握下列單詞:storm, wind, light, report, area, wood, window, flashlight, match, beat, against, asleep, rise, fallen, apart 2)能正確使用以下常用表達:with a serious storm happening outside, make sure, fall asleep, die down, in a mess, clean up 3)能熟練掌握并使用下列重點句式:(1)Black clouds were making the sky very dark. Practice 操練1. 速讀 (Fast Reading)Read quickly and find the answers to the questions:(1) What was the weather like before the heavy rain started?(2) What was the neighborhood like after the storm?2. 精讀 (Intensive Reading)Read the passage carefully and check the things that happened in the story. (3b)1)When the news on TV was reported, strong winds was blowing outside. 2) While Bens mom was making sure the radio was working, his dad was putting pieces of wood over the windows. 3) Ben was helping his mom make dinner when the heavy rain finally started. 4) When Ben finally fell asleep at 3:00 a.m., the wind was dying down. 3. 朗讀 (Loud Reading)1) Read after the tape twice. 2) Read the passage by themselves, and then give some of them show time.采用速讀,精讀和朗讀的學習策略,指導學生閱讀方法,提高學生的閱讀能力。IV. Consolidation鞏固1. Retell the passage according to the questions. (1) What was the weather like?(2) What were the people doing before the rainstorm?(3) What were the people doing after the rainstorm?2. Discuss the questions with a partner.What things can bring people closer together? How can we help each other in times of difficulty? Give an example. 使用“學案”中“自主探究”部分的內容,體驗語法以及語言知識點的使用方法。V.
