去外企面試要注意“六個三” 一、回避硬傷的三項注意事項 當面試進入一定階段，有的企業(yè)根據(jù)需要，可能會加上英文面試，能到這個階段，也預示著你正向夢想的職位最后沖刺，這輪面試的分量可想而知，所以你應該確保在面試中發(fā)揮最佳狀態(tài)。畢業(yè)生求職攻克交流障礙，幫助自己回避硬傷的注意事項如下： 1.回答語速切莫過快 英文面試的第一目的是讓國外主管了解你，甚至對你感興趣，最重要的是展示你的綜合素質(zhì)，絕非單單的語言能力，所以應該首先力求有條不紊、表達清晰。劍橋大學的一項調(diào)查顯示，語速快一般體現(xiàn)具備兩種不同特質(zhì)的人，一種是思維和語言反應能力強且協(xié)調(diào)的人，一種是處事急躁的人。語速過快容易給人不自信、不穩(wěn)重的錯覺。所以最好的語速是中速平和，既讓人聽懂，又給自己以思考的時間。 2.自由討論應當直白 在英語的口語交談中，不必太拘泥于語法，大膽表達清楚自己的意思即可。用簡單直白的語言表現(xiàn)最具魅力的自我，才是英文面試的至高境界。很多人恨不得在面試中用大氣磅礴的英文演講征服面試官，習慣于堆砌華麗的詞藻，其實又犯了舍本逐末的錯誤。 3.電話面試充分準備 如果采用電話面試，而且你提前知道了電話面試的時間，則可以在面試時把簡歷、coverletter放在你旁邊的桌子上，直接運用里面的句子回答問題。一些基本的問題，你可以事先準備好答案。 二、外企面試一般包括三輪 第一輪面試： 一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔任考官，他們會從你的個人簡歷出發(fā)，請你用英語做一個自我介紹。試圖在短短幾分鐘內(nèi)吸引面試官的注意力，你的簡介當然要是濃縮的精品。所以，前奏一般用一句話陳述自己的基本特征即可。然后迅速進入正題，或選擇自己最引以為傲的經(jīng)歷敘述，或介紹自己的長處。對話雙方：Interviewer(I)面試官Applicant(A)求職者。 例1：Q：Would you please say something about yourself？(請你談談自己的情況好嗎？) 或者：What can you tell me about yourself？(關于你自己，你能告訴我些什么？) 面試是Interviewer與Applicant互相溝通的一種場合，這一問題是在尋找有關你性格、資歷、志向和生活動力的線索，需要積極正面回答，把面試官擺進自己的談話當中去，自然而然就起到了互相溝通的作用： A：Do you want me to talk about my personal life or to say something about the job？ (你想讓我談談我個人的生活呢，還是與這份工作有關的問題？) 這種談話的方式所產(chǎn)生的效果是不言而喻的，接下來，雙方就進入較為靈活的話題。 例2：I：Give me a summary of your current job description. (對你目前的工作，能否做個概括的說明。) 這是你展示自己的最佳機會，不要吹噓自己或過于自負，但要讓面試官知道你相信自己，知道自己的實力： A：I have been working as a computer programmer for five years. To be specific，I do system analysis，trouble shooting and provide software support. (我干了五年的電腦程序員。具體地說，我做系統(tǒng)分析，解決問題以及軟件供應方面的支持。) 第二輪面試： 由部門主管經(jīng)理出面，這時候有關業(yè)務方面的問題成了面試的重點，所以英語面試也從個人情況轉(zhuǎn)向了專業(yè)領域。比如應聘市場部，則應聘者通常會被要求談一談以往最成功的一個案例，或者自身的業(yè)務強項等。 例3：Why should I hire you？(為什么我應該聘用你？) 你不要長篇大論，而應提供有關你資歷的扼要說明。要肯定自己，表明你能勝任此項工作的能力： A：With my strong academic background，I am capable and competent. (憑借我良好的學術背景，我可以勝任自己的工作，而且我認為自己很有競爭力。) 例4：Why do you want to work for us？(你為什么想為我們工作？) There are many attractive features that lead me to apply for the position. Firstly, EMC is a top-world company. Secondly, In the future, information is more and more significant and massive. So that, the information infrastructure and storage solutions that EMC do are more and more important. And it will take me good opportunities, good chances, and challenge. 這個問題是顯而易見的。如果你對該公司做過調(diào)查研究，你應該能夠給出很好的理由。你要將你的理由歸結(jié)為幾句簡短的話，清楚地表明你的興趣： A：One reason that I would like to be employed with your firm is that you are dealing with important export trade. I would look (貴公司主要做進出口貿(mào)易是本人欲在貴公司工作的原因之一，我渴望能同外國公司做生意，并借機鍛煉英文。) 例5：What goal shall you set and how did you meet them？ (你確定過什么目標，你又是怎樣達到那些目標的？) 這一問題在考查你預先計劃和以具體行動完成計劃的能力。你可答： A：I now wish to enter an office where the work requires greater individual responsibility and judgment than here，and where there is more opportunity for advancement. (目前，本人希望進入一家可以擔負較大責任的公司，并希望能提供升遷機會。) 第三輪面試： 如果前面都很順利，最后一輪面試一般就是和公司的總裁面對面了。外企的總裁一般是老外，當然面試就變成全英語的了。面試在求職過程中，可以說是壓力最大的一個環(huán)節(jié)。而英語面試又是比較難的一環(huán)，第三輪當然是難上加難。總裁詢問的問題一般會和公司精神、企業(yè)文化、個人品質(zhì)、福利薪水有關。面對外國老板連珠炮似的提問，如果能回答得從容不迫、簡明扼要，恰當中肯，合乎口味，那么肯定會大大增加你的錄取機會。 例6：I：What provide you with a sense of accomplishment.(什么會讓你有成就感？) While, just the time I have chances to stay here to talk to you. It already provides me a strong sense of accomplishment. And in the future, my contributing to the company will be a further accomplishment. A：Doing my best job for your company.(為貴公司竭力效勞。) 例7：I：How do you handle your failure？(你怎樣對待自己的失?。? First, I declare that none of us was born “perfect”. When facing failures, we should keep right attitudes to it and analyse the causes and then take actions to correct the mistakes. A：None of us was born perfect. I am sure I will be given a second chance to correct my mistake. (我們大家生來都不是十全十美的，我相信我有第二個機會改正我的錯誤。) 例8：I：How do you normally handle criticism？(你通常如何處理別人的批評？) A word says that “silence is golden”. Firstly, I will find out the origin. If its really because of my mistakes, I correct it and should thank the constructive criticism. Otherwise, I should communicate with others for misunderstanding me in case of causing worser situation. A：Silence is golden. Just dont say anything；otherwise the situation could be come worse. I do，however，accept constructive criticism. (沉默是金。不必說什么，否則情況更糟，不過我會接受建設性的批評。) 例9：I：What is most important in your life right now？(眼下你生活中最重要的是什么？) Right away/Right now/Currently, the most important is that getting a job in the firm. So I hope to demonstrate my abilities and talents adequately. The second most important thing is that I write my thesis. A：To get a job in my field is most important to me.To secure employment hopefully with your company.I hope to demonstrate my ability and talents in my field adequately. (對我來說，能在這個領域找到工作是最重要的。希望能在貴公司任職對我來說最重要的。我希望能充分展示我在這個行業(yè)的能力和智慧。) 例10：I：How long would you like to stay with this company？(你會在本公司服務多久呢？) If allowed, I would like to stay as long as possible. “Allowed” means that the company supposes that I have further potential contribution to the firm and I can keep continuing to learn and grow. A：I will stay as long as I can continue to learn and to grow in my field. (只要我能在我的行業(yè)力繼續(xù)學習和長進，我就會留在這里。) 例11：I：What range of pay-scale are you interested in？(你喜歡那一種薪水層次標準？) Laborage/Salary is important, but the techniques and the opportunities that go along with the job are what attract/interest me the most. A：Money is important，but the responsibility that goes along with this job is what interests me the most.(薪水固然重要，但這工作伴隨而來的責任更吸引我。) 例12：I：Do you know whats involved in a position like this？Yes, I know exactly whats involved. I am a hard-worker and will perform the best of my abilities to the position. (你知道我們這個職位是要付出很大的努力的嗎？) A：Yes. I know exactly whats involved. I am a hard-worker and will perform to the best of my ability. (我完全明白你的意思。我工作也很努力，并且會盡力發(fā)揮我的力量。) 三、職位三個核心要素 職位能力素質(zhì)(Competencies)是應聘者是否具備工作所需的基本能力素質(zhì)和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。如：所學知識、智能水平、工作經(jīng)驗、工作主動性、人際關系等，能力的培養(yǎng)是和真正不斷地吸收新知識、新經(jīng)驗密不可分的，是人生的閱歷和長者的傳授相結(jié)合的。只有不斷充實自己，才能贏在各個起跑點上。 衡量一個職位主要有三個核心要素，這是面試時最重要的采分點，占8090%.這是企業(yè)為了實現(xiàn)其戰(zhàn)略目標、獲得成功，而對應聘者所具備的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、能力和知識的綜合要求。面試時，著重考察應聘者“怎樣表現(xiàn)自己(How it is performed)”。 話題緊扣以下三方面來展現(xiàn)自己的優(yōu)勢： 1.專業(yè)技能(Professional Skill)： 應聘者是否具備工作所需的專業(yè)技能。這是考核應聘者長期技術訓練和知識積累的結(jié)果。面試時主要考察你是否適合這項工作。 例13：I：What make you think you would be a success in this position？Firstly, I graduate from Beihang University and gain master and bachelor degree both major in “computer science and technology”. So I have a firm knowledge background in software development. I have been developing software using C/C+ for 5 years and Im familiar with linux, such as basic shell commands, shell programming. My graduate school training combined with my projects experience should qualify me for the particular job. I am sure I will be successful. (你如何知道你能勝任這份工作？) 這是考察你能力的最常見問題。首先要確定這個問題的重點在哪里。既然面試官提到“有什么資格”，你肯定要圍繞“資格”來做文章： A：I graduated from Beijing University in 2003，and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Therefore，I have a firm knowledge background in this field. My graduate school training combined with my internship should qualify me for this particular job. I am sure I will be successful. (我2003年畢業(yè)于北京大學，獲計算機專業(yè)學士學位。所以在此領域我有很扎實的基本功。我在研究所的訓練，加上實習工作，使我適合這份工作。我相信我能成功。) 例14：I：How do you rate yourself as a professional？(你如何評估自己是位專業(yè)人員呢？) With my academic background, I am capable of some kinds of jobs. However I know that there is a long way for me to grow to be a domain expert. A：With my strong academic background，I am capable and competent. I think you run it needs am an like me. (憑借我良好的學術背景，我可以勝任自己的工作，而且我認為自己很有競爭力。 我想，貴單位需要象我這樣的人才。) 經(jīng)你介紹自己的學歷背景，面試官對你開始感興趣了，因為你所學的東西正是他們所需要的。 2.工作成就，業(yè)績(achievements) 外國公司面試喜歡用事實說話，為了證明你的能力，你可以把過去的經(jīng)歷聯(lián)系起來，說明你曾經(jīng)為以前的公司解決過跟現(xiàn)在雇主所面臨的類似問題，最好用數(shù)字說話。 例15：I：Why do you think you are qualified for this position？ (你為何覺得你有資格做這個職位？) In laboratory, I take charge of the CMMB projects from the beginning until the application pushed into market which involves CMMB data broadcast technical analysis, development and testing. The experience learned from the procedure will lead me to this position/vacancy. A：I have finished three new projects，and I am sure I can apply my experience to this position. (我已經(jīng)完成三個新項目，我相信我能將我的經(jīng)驗用在這份工作上。) 3.工作經(jīng)驗(working experience)： 對口的經(jīng)驗是目前各用人單位特別重視的一點，考核應聘者是否做過空缺職位的相關工作，并積累了相關的經(jīng)驗，是否熟悉該項業(yè)務流程的運做，能否以最快的速度投入到工作中去，并帶來新的思路和方法。主考官看到你的經(jīng)驗當然為你加分，所以，你下一步要談出自己的工作經(jīng)驗： 例16：I：Do you think you are the right person for the job？ (你認為你是這個職位的最佳人選嗎？) 這時，你要給他一個最簡單、最明確、最自信的答復，同時給出理由：Yes, I do believe that my qualifications and experience perfectly match what you are looking for. And I am confident that I will work harder to be a success. A：Yes. Because I do believe that my qualifications and experience perfectly match what you are looking for. I have the experience you are looking for，and think I will be one of the best in this field. (是的。因為我確信我的素質(zhì)和經(jīng)驗能夠很好地滿足貴公司的需要。我有貴公司所需要的東西，并且自信我能成為這個領域中最優(yōu)秀的員工之一。 例17：I：Why do you think you are qualified for this position？ (你為何覺得你有資格做這個職位？) A：I have spent the last 3 years working specially in this field. I think I can bring a lot of experience and knowledge with me. With my qualifications and experience，I feel I am hardworking，responsible and diligent in any project I undertake. Your organization could benefit from my analytical and interpersonal skills. (我在這個領域內(nèi)干過3年，我想我能將我的知識與經(jīng)驗帶給貴公司。依我的資格和經(jīng)驗，我覺得我對所從事的每一個項目都很努力、負責、勤勉。我的分析能力和與人相處的技巧，對貴單位必有價值。) 用這樣的句式，讓面試人認為你是站在他們的立場上說話，在替他們的發(fā)展考慮問題，于是更容易接受你。當面試人在審視你究竟能不能勝任此職時，參照的標準已不再是他心目中的標準，而是你列舉的理由。你有扎實的知識基礎、有相關的經(jīng)驗、富有自信心及吃苦耐勞的品性。主考官不選擇你，還能選擇誰呢？ 四、談吐的3P原則 自我介紹時應該記住“3P原則”：Positive(自信)，Personal(個性)，Pertinent(中肯)。 1.信心(Confidence)代表著一個人在事業(yè)中的精神狀態(tài)和把握工作的熱忱以及對自己能力的正確認知。有了這樣一份信心，工作起來就有熱情有沖勁，可以勇往直前。談吐自信，就是要積極地進行自我肯定，讓面試人充分了解你的優(yōu)點與潛能。所以回答要沉著、自信(Lacks confidence and poise)，而不是心神不寧(is nervous and ill at ease)。 2.突出個性，就是要把自己與眾不同的特點發(fā)揮出來，強調(diào)自己的專業(yè)與能力。自我介紹應簡潔明了，給面試人留下思路清晰、反應快捷、邏輯性強的印象。時間不宜太長，最好控制在五分鐘之內(nèi)。不要一談起自己就口若懸河，滔滔不絕，給人留下自我標榜、以自我為中心的印象。 3.語氣中肯，就是要實事求是，不要言過其實，夸夸其談，也不要涉及和自己無關的事情。 為了表達自己的誠意，某個問題發(fā)表完見解之后，可以附帶加上一句： Id like to hear your opinion.(我很想聽聽你的意見。) 這句話表明了你對面試人的尊敬，很容易使他(她)產(chǎn)生親切感。當面試人在試探你的應聘誠意時，應該及時表態(tài)： So far as that Is concerned，you must have understood my determination. (談到這里，你一定已經(jīng)明白我的決心。) 五、三類肢體語言 1.Body Language(肢體語言) Most interviewers greet the applicant with a handshake. Make sure that your clasp is firm. Being jittery about the interview can result in cold，clammy hands，which create a negative impression. Therefore，make sure your hands are warm and dry. Before leaving，try to find out exactly what action will follow the interviewer and when it will happen. Shakehands as you say good-bye and thank the interviewer for spending time with you. (面試的雇主大都會與應聘者握握手。要確保你的握手有力量。情緒緊張地來參加面試會使你伸出的手冰冷潮濕，會給雇主留下負面印象。所以，要讓你的手溫暖干燥。臨走之前，爭取問問面試后下一步該是什么，何時開始。道別時要握手感謝雇主花時間對你進行面試。) 要注意：Dont shake hand with the interviewer until he/she extends his/her hand.(人家伸手時才握手。) Dont sit down until invited to do so by the interviewer.(人家未請，先別坐下。) 2.Eye Contact(眼神的交流) Always maintain eye contact with the interviewer.
